Overview

This website is operated by SoCal Coastal Studio, doing business as Shoreline Editions. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Products

All prints sold through Shoreline Editions are made to order. Each print is produced specifically for you upon purchase; we do not hold pre-made inventory.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

Intellectual Property

All images, photographs, designs, and content displayed on this site are the original work of SoCal Coastal Studio and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of that physical print only — it does not transfer any copyright, reproduction rights, or license to use the image for any commercial or promotional purpose. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of our imagery in any form, digital or physical, is strictly prohibited without written permission.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability

SoCal Coastal Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
